We’re looking for a Porter to help maintain the beauty and curb appeal of our apartment community. Your work will make a lasting first impression on everyone who visits and lives here! What You’ll Do: Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities. Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean. Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep. Support the maintenance team with make‑ready and special projects. Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude. Be part of the team that keeps our community beautiful and welcoming every day!
