Senior Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff Employment)

We are a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal to join its team in West Hollywood. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of employment litigation. Draft, prepare, and file legal documents in state and federal courts. Manage litigation calendars and monitor deadlines. Assist with written discovery, including drafting, responding to, and organizing discovery requests and responses. Coordinate document production and maintain case files. Prepare pleadings, motions, trial binders, and exhibits. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party vendors. Conduct factual investigations and legal research as needed. Assist with trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law. Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures and court rules. Experience with e-filing in California state and federal courts. Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff. Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
