Senior Employment Paralegal West Hollywood, CA (Hybrid) A well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Paralegal to join its growing team. This firm is known for representing employees in high-stakes employment matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace claims. The team offers a collaborative environment, direct attorney access, meaningful case ownership, and the opportunity to play a critical role throughout the litigation process. What You’ll Do: Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft and manage discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, and litigation-related documents Coordinate document collection, review, and production Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, mediation, and settlement efforts Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties Maintain case calendars, litigation deadlines, and court filings Support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of paralegal experience 3+ years of employment litigation experience Experience supporting matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, PAGA, and related employment claims Strong discovery, case management, and litigation support experience Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
