Sales Representative

Job Description

We are a fast-growing cabinet wholesale company seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide expert product consultation and exceptional service to cabinet dealers, contractors and remodelers, and home builders. Reporting to the CEO and Sales Manager, you will manage customer communications, quotes, orders, and after-sales support while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. This role uses phone and email systems along with ERP or order management tools, and includes occasional customer visits, regular territory travel, and industry trade shows. Advancement opportunities include Senior Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through phone and email systems to understand needs and provide timely support.
Consult with customers on suitable cabinet products for their projects.
Prepare accurate quotes and product information for cabinet dealers, contractors and remodelers, and home builders.
Process and track orders using ERP or order management systems.
Provide after-sales support, including coordinating returns, replacements, and other customer issues.
Target and achieve sales goals while supporting business growth.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat sales.
Support customer visits, territory travel, and participation in industry trade shows.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of sales experience.
Experience in B2B sales.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with order management.
Customer relationship management experience.
Strong communication skills.
Goal-oriented approach to sales performance.
