As our client portfolio and project pipeline expand, JAE Consulting is hiring experienced recruitment and talent advisory professionals across multiple specialties.  We’re looking for experts who understand not only how to fill a role, but why it exists, how it supports the organization, and what separates a qualified candidate from the right candidate.  Our consultants work with significant autonomy and accountability. They can enter complex client environments, understand the business quickly, and provide credible guidance to clients and candidates.

Executive Recruiters

Search professionals who can lead senior-level and specialized mandates from discovery through placement. You can advise executives, assess leadership capability, manage sensitive searches, and evaluate candidates beyond titles and résumés.

Talent Sourcing Specialists

Research-driven professionals who can identify, engage, and assess talent in competitive markets. You bring persistence, market intelligence, and strong judgment to every search.

Talent Advisors and Organizational Consultants

Advisors who can look beyond an individual vacancy to assess the broader organizational need. This may include evaluating team structures, identifying capability gaps, advising on role design, and conducting talent or organizational assessments.

Who You Are

You are a sourcing, talent acquisition, executive search, or talent advisory expert who does not require step-by-step direction.

Following a detailed client intake and hiring-leader briefing, you can develop a search strategy, identify the right talent pools, and generate engagement through credible, personalized outreach.

You bring:

• Demonstrated recruitment, sourcing, executive search, or talent consulting expertise


• Strong market-mapping, talent-identification, and candidate-engagement capabilities


• A record of generating responses from passive and in-demand talent


• Metrics demonstrating outreach, response, conversion, and search outcomes


• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and applicant tracking platforms, and sourcing tools


• The judgment to assess candidates beyond keywords and job titles


• Experience with assessment frameworks such as Predictive Index, DiSC, and Myers-Briggs


• The confidence to advise hiring leaders and provide informed market intelligence


• Strong ownership, discretion, responsiveness, and follow-through

You’re comfortable using modern recruitment technology, including AI-enabled tools, while relying on experience, context, and professional judgment to assess talent.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your specialization, you may:

• Lead client and hiring-leader intake sessions


• Develop search, sourcing, and market-engagement strategies


• Conduct market mapping and talent-pool analysis


• Identify and engage passive, specialized, and executive-level candidates


• Assess candidates within the broader organizational context


• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based recommendations


• Advise clients on talent availability, compensation, and market conditions


• Conduct talent, team, and organizational assessments


• Maintain accurate pipeline and candidate records


• Report outreach, response, conversion, and search-performance metrics


• Represent JAE Consulting and our clients with professionalism and discretion
