We are looking for an HR Associate / Coordinator to join our elite, lean team. The Role As our HR Associate / Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our human capital processes. From managing recruitment logistics and seamless onboarding to overseeing HRIS data and compliance, you’ll ensure our internal operations are as world‑class as the companies we invest in. What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Coordination: Manage pre-employment background checks, offer letter logistics, and IT/Payroll setups. Systems Management: Maintain our HRIS, internal rosters, and organizational charts with 100% accuracy. Employee Lifecycle: Act as the go-to contact for benefits, leave requests, and payroll updates. Strategic Support: Assist senior leadership with annual compensation cycles, performance reviews, and firm‑wide culture programs. Offboarding: Coordinate with Finance and Legal to ensure professional and compliant separations. Who You Are Experienced: 3+ years in HR (Professional services, investment, or consulting background is a major plus). Meticulous: You have an "exceptional" eye for detail and a disciplined approach to work. Adaptable: You have a "no task is too small" mindset and can pivot quickly. Professional: You possess the maturity to handle highly confidential data and interact with executive leadership.
