Sales Representative

Pay: Commission based earning range of $60k-80K annually

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: 8:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

This position is located onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our vehicle lineup
• Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training
• Guide customers through the buying process
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers

What You'll Bring

• We prefer 1+ years of experience with automotive sales
• Reliable-Shows up ready to work
• Enthusiasm while guiding customers through the sales process
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $60k-$80k which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
