Posted: 7/21/2026 Team Number: 252 About the Job Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers for our Flex Fleet. Our Flex drivers will travel to operations nationwide to provide extra coverage where needed. Pay Earn $43 per hour straight time with a guaranteed 50 hour workweek and a $175 weekly per diem while on assignment. Drivers on this account average $115,000 per year. Schedule Drivers are out for five weeks at a time with one week off in between and average 50 to 60 hours per week. Schedules and start times vary depending on the operation a driver is supporting. Equipment Drivers will operate a variety of equipment based on the operation they're supporting. Routes may include no-touch freight, driver‑assist deliveries, unloading, or tarping.
