Customer Service Assistant Manager

Job Description

Flexible, full-time position with alternating weekends.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques
must be fully available from 630 am until 1030pm

Qualifications:

Must have at least two years of experience in a retail setting.
Must have 1-year of management experience.

Daily operation of a retail grocery cashier office.
Customer service specialist to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
