Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Job Title: Tax Manager, Real Estate industry

Location: Remote (hybrid/remote options possible depending on client needs)

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager with a Real Estate focus to join our team. This role emphasizes building client relationships, overseeing technical tax compliance and consulting, and managing a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing individual and entity tax returns
• Assisting the Tax practice with day-to-day tax issues
• Liaising with federal and state tax authorities as necessary
• Conducting research on complex tax matters
• Leading engagement planning and execution
• Mentoring and training junior staff
• Supporting business development initiatives

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of recent experience, with a strong foundation in tax compliance and research for Real Estate clients
• CPA or CPA eligibility required
• MS in Taxation preferred
• Public Accounting experience essential
• Strong teamwork orientation with a commitment to high-quality, precise work
• Ability to interact confidently with clients, exhibiting executive presence
• Proficiency with technology, especially in a paperless environment
