We conduct market research, both qualitative and quantitative, and are exclusive to the pharmaceutical space. Through our work, we help provide insights that bring several new drugs to market to fundamentally impact the lives of patients living with a myriad of conditions, including oncology, neuroscience, immunology, diabetes and others. It is rewarding work and we hope you will consider joining our team!If you’re looking for a company that strives to create a work environment that encourages and compliments you, you’re curious, a critical thinker able to think outside the box, like challenges and are passionate about what you do, we definitely want to speak with you!Your responsibilities as a Qualitative Associate Director include:The design, management, and delivery of all aspects of superior custom qualitative research projectsAbility to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneouslyExpert in moderating telephone/in-person in-depth interviews and focus groupsWriting ability to author report deliverablesExpert partnering with clients to find creative solutions to address key business issues; expanding and nurturing those relationshipsActive participation in new business development with responsibility for annual sales/profitability targetIn person client travel is required What you need to do the job:Bachelor’s Degree essential; advanced education preferredMinimum of 5 years relevant experience as a market researcher in the pharmaceutical industryDemonstration of a deep understanding of the market research needs of pharmaceutical and biotech products in various stages of the product life cycle (Phase 2 through Phase 4 clinical trials, pre-launch promotional development, in-line/mature products)Ability to work effectively as a team member within a highly collaborative working environment, particularly when involved in large projects requiring collaborationUnderstanding of quantitative processes, analysis, and report deliverablesStrong communication and presentation skills $90,000 - $110,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
