Product Manager, Chase Digital Assistant

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority by building alignment, resolving conflicts, and maintaining momentum with business, technical, and senior stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in API integration patterns, platform dependencies, and agent architecture concepts sufficient to guide teams through building and certification.
• Experience in a complex, highly matrixed organization is preferred.
• Experience developing or scaling platform adoption programs, developer or partner enablement, or internal product ecosystems is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI or agentic platform concepts, such as agent orchestration, tool integration, or LLM-based product development, is preferred.

• Set product strategy and vision focused on delivering customer value.
• Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and incorporate solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, aligning development work with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Define frameworks and monitor success measures, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Develop and manage the line-of-business partnership strategy for the agentic platform, including onboarding frameworks, federation playbooks, and engagement models.
• Work with business stakeholders to scope use cases, integration needs, and delivery milestones, translating objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Manage delivery backlogs across concurrent business partnerships, coordinating dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs while maintaining platform standards.
• Track partnership delivery health, including agent build velocity, certification progress, and adoption outcomes; work with platform and analytics teams to surface risks and promote accountability.
