Job Title: Press Assistant Job Description
Join our team as a Press Assistant, where you will work with packaging machines, ensuring their smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will be responsible for checking quality, handling setups, and managing changeovers. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for over 10 hours. Additionally, you will pack bottles into boxes and move pallets to support production.
Responsibilities

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or press operations.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic extrusion environment that is non-climate controlled. Our shifts include 1st Shift from 6:45 AM to 7 PM, and 2nd Shift from 6:45 PM to 7 AM, with competitive hourly rates. The schedule operates on a rotating basis of 3 days on, 3 days off, followed by 4 days on, 4 days off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smyrna, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
