We Offer: /strong/pulliPay rate: 45-57/hr/liliMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance/liliPaid Time Off/liliDaily Pay/lili401k/liliDirect Deposit/li/ulh3Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary:/h3pShifts available: 7am-3pm 3pm -11pm and 11pm -7am/ph3Registered Nurse (RN) Major Duties and Critical Tasks:/h3ulliWorks using the guidelines established by the Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment./liliAssesses, plans and evaluates nursing care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitation care./liliDelivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care./liliImplements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response./liliDirects and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel./liliProvides input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care./liliMaintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements./liliMaintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use (i.e. monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.)./liliMaintains confidentiality and compliance with patient/resident rights, relating to all patient/resident/personnel information./liliProvides patient/resident/family/caregiver education as appropriate and/or directed./liliConducts self in a professional manner in compliance with unit and facility policies./liliWorks rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled./li/ulh3Registered Nurse (RN) Required Education and Experience:/h3ulliMust be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing./liliA minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care (hospital) setting or long-term care setting (acute/critical care is preferred)./liliMust possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice. Must have a reliable source of transportation./li/ulpThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to plan and deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care./p/div
