Position Overview
As a Capitalized & Fully Licensed Insurance Professional, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do
Client Consultation & Sales
Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate insurance needs
Present personalized insurance solutions
Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies
Conduct policy reviews and account consultations
Build trust through professional and consultative sales practices
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle
Business Development
Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement
Build relationships with individuals, families, and local business owners
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Develop strategies to increase client retention and referrals
Expand and strengthen your book of business over time
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Provide ongoing policy support and service
Conduct regular account reviews
Identify opportunities to better serve clients through additional coverage solutions
Become a trusted resource for insurance and financial protection needs
Professional Growth

Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Active Life & Health Insurance License
Proven sales, business development, or client-facing experience
