Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their individual goals.

Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Educate Patients and Their Families: Train patients and caregivers on effective therapy practices to facilitate ongoing progress at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on a positive trajectory.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
