Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of well-being.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems on therapy methods to promote continuous improvement beyond the clinic.
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical results and modify treatments as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing professional development through continuing education or advanced certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
