Operational Excellence Performance Lead

Main Responsibilities Coordinate, prepare, and animate performance workshops focused on cycle time reduction, yield improvement, complex problem solving, and launch readiness; lead and coordinate execution of related action plans. Act as a performance partner for one or more EM&S business units by attending leadership meetings and performance rituals, detecting performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving prioritization and execution of initiatives. Deploy and maintain the EM&S performance management system per SMS 2.0 standards, including +QDCI, Team Board, and GPS3 board. Contribute to the SMS upskilling program (training, certification, and coaching activities) and champion cultural change in continuous improvement, change management, and problem-solving methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Deep knowledge of performance management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques; proven track record. Expertise in sterile manufacturing and aseptic filling operations. Expertise in biotech Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing. Performance-oriented mindset and ability to identify key performance drivers. Cross-functional agility in matrix environments. Strong communication skills to senior leadership. Coaching/training capabilities; experience developing others with structured support and feedback. Change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Plus: experience with external partners/CMOs; SMS certification (Intermediate or above) or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma; experience in training/coaching/people development.
