Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity and duration of clients' mood disorders, collecting relevant clinical data through interviews and standardized assessments.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to promote overall mental wellness.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as warranted, and maintaining open communication with them regarding their therapeutic journey.

• Stay informed of the latest research pertaining to mood disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies to continually refine the organization’s therapeutic approach.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
