Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, though strong clinical skills are considered
• Ability to provide direct and indirect services to students
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a dynamic team culture
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals
• Provide guidance to teachers, support staff, and families for student success
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate data records
• Contribute to advisory meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
