We are hiring Production Workers for a company that manufactures and packages spices and seasoning products for supermarkets.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment and follow quality and safety procedures.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and packaging of spices and seasoning products.
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment.
- Measure, prepare, fill, label, and package products according to specifications.
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare boxes and finished products for shipment.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Follow company safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Lift and move materials as needed.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or warehouse is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
