Reporting to the Orthopedics Nurse Manager, the Ortho RN Supervisor guides day-to-day operations, education and competency programs, orientation, staffing and skill mix, interdisciplinary coordination, policy adherence, and regulatory readiness while spearheading assessment, care planning, evaluation, and performance-improvement and research initiatives. The Nurse Supervisor Orthopedics thrives alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of surgeons, APPs, pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, and social work, in a collaborative, Just Culture environment. Candidates for Ortho RN Supervisor typically bring a BSN, active NC RN license, BCLS, one year of RN experience.
