Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to join the Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point teams. You will conduct behavioral health assessments, develop service plans, and document services while coordinating discharges and communicating with families. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health with Master’s preferred; 1–3 years health care experience is valued.
