Behavioral Health Clinician (Bachelors) (NIGHTS)

Job Description Avondale, AZ, USA • Surprise, AZ, USA Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness throughout Arizona. CBI is the premiere non‑profit, fully integrated provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, implementing evidence‑based models for prevention, education, and treatment. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and to deliver quality care to all patients. The BHC completes the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to the assigned program, documents provided services, and coordinates discharges from CBI programs. The BHC also coordinates care with the family or other significant others. Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Preference given to Master’s Degree holders or to those licensed at the associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• 1–2 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience, providing exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations (preferred but not required).
