Contract UX DesignerLooking for a contract UX Designer to work closely with Product Management on a growing UX & Design Team within the Enterprise Technology group. The UX team is looking for someone who can bring their unique perspective as well as a passion for inclusivity and accessibility to everything they do.The successful candidate will be able to work with multiple Product Managers and Owners in an Agile environment running two-week sprints to deliver innovative and accessible designs that will be used by internal and external customers. The ability to work on multiple projects successfully, and communicate clearly and impactfully is key.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional UX design.Comfortable bringing design thinking methodologies to bear on complex UX challenges.Experience leading and participating in UX Research activities (conducting user interviews, journey mapping, Survey creation and analysis, card sorting, user testing, creating personas).Ability to leverage sources of qualitative and quantitative analytics and synthesize into design work.Experience developing User Flows.Experience with Information Architecture and navigation systems / taxonomyStrong demonstrable experience with wireframing and prototyping.Ability to deliver final designs including production assets such as images and icons.Comfortable with ambiguity / self directingAbility to synthesize offline and online experiencesSolid knowledge of web accessibility and how to implement within a UX design context.Experience using Figma in a professional context to deliver design work.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.Experience contributing to design systems and pattern librariesStrong attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Desired Skills and Experience:Past experience designing for a sales audiencePast experience with communications (email / brochure / document) designExperience in an Agile Environment.
