This is a hybrid position and will be required to come into our Madison, WI office at least twice per week.Position Start Date May Vary, Please Expect a Response within 30 Days of ApplicationWhat Your Responsibilities Will Be:Creative Design Development Bring creative concepts to life and balance multiple projects with multi-faceted thinkingContribute creative solutions and inspiration to achieve client goals and elevate contentResponsible for high-quality work, including error-free execution in bringing client's story to lifeWork regularly with Design Lead and Strategy team to ensure content is aligned and on track for deliveryProperly build, name, and file all design files for seamless integration of content across all team membersSeamless Content Execution & Project Management Execute Strategy content calendars on schedule, utilizing original ideas in line with the best practices for social mediaExecute work within time limits and keep efficiency top of mindMeet all assigned deadlines while anticipating design lead, strategy team and client editsFollow internal processes for projects by utilizing necessary tools (Asana, Server, software, time tracking, etc.)Assist with client special projects and campaigns through creation of timely and thoughtful contentOwn all project execution from conception to review, and incorporate feedback from design leadCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective solutionsQuickly answer design questions from Strategy teamCreative Team Engagement Actively assist the Graphic Design Lead, Photography team, and Videography team with assigned workEngage with Strategy team regularly to promote collaborative design teamwork across EvokeOther Responsibilities Keep project work on task with efficient execution and accurate daily time trackingStay abreast of design trends and industry standardsContinuously grow design skills with external exploration and educationAssist with Evoke projects, stay organized, and continuously adapt to changing needs of clientsOther duties as assigned by the Lead, VP or President All clients have different needs, so responsibilities may change with the needs of the client and AgencyWhy You're A Perfect Fit:You have excellent verbal & written communication skills, & the ability to work individually or in a team environmentYou readily volunteer ideas and efficiently execute high quality workYou excel in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, and have knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignYou know production specifications for both print and digital mediaYou have a desire to create and exceed objectives consistently, including taking on extra responsibilitiesYou breathe the latest trends for marketing and are able to research and guide your team on those trendsYou over manage the details in all you do and are ready to learn and growYou are highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment at times without directionAbout Ideas That Evoke™We are a social media, digital and PR agency located in Madison, WI and were recently named the #633rd Fastest Growing Private Company in America and 8th fastest Growing Company in WI by Inc.
