Graphic Design And Marketing

Responsibilities Develop concepts, designs, edits and proofs compelling creative, content, promotional and/or marketing materials

Provides hands‑on design and production services from concept to execution for a full range of digital and print collateral

Uses rationale to present creative concepts and can defend work based upon strategy inputs

Has a comprehensive understanding of direct response creative drivers and develops designs that deliver customer‑centric results

Leverages a comprehensive understanding of audience to develop compelling creative that drives action

Visually communicates complex information through simplified, relevant creative

Ensures alignment with brand, business area, production, and compliance standards

Maintains defined standards and voice

Uses performance data to iterate and improve creative assets

Updates and maintains internal databases of design, imagery, photography, and video

Completes and leverages departmental direct response best practices training

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design closely related field, or equivalent work experience

5 years in professional graphic design capacity

Excellent design ability and advanced skill level using Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

Strong attention to detail and deadline‑orientation, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate work

Experience working in collaborative environments

Ability to self‑manage and follow guidelines

Ability to manage projects

Ability to take feedback and implement it into work products

Diverse, relevant work samples

Experience designing for the financial services or credit union industry a plus
