We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!Location: Revere MA Area Schedule: 6:45-9:00 am and 2:00-6:00 pmMonday through FridayPay & Benefits:$24.00/hourPart -time benefits including health and paid time offEmployee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you referDeep discounts on program tuition for dependents (Bring your school-age child to work for $10/week)Fun and friendships come with the paycheckAs an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.Here's what you'll need:Must have an associates degree with 1 year experience in a licensed facilityMust be at least 21 years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulationsProvide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standardsTogether, let's put more wonder in the world!AlphaBEST is an Equal Opportunity Employer
