Collaboration across functions ensures process optimization, continuous learning, and alignment with business objectives. What you'll do:Build enterprise B2B agentic platform partnering with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Managers from Walmart B2B domains.Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and developing clear priorities.Develop and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.Lead product strategy formulation using data-driven insights and AI product knowledge to identify new value opportunities.Build scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences, optimizing product journeys and operational workflows.Manage cross-functional collaboration to secure resources, remove obstacles, and ensure successful product delivery.Promote continuous improvement through rapid prototyping, lean experimentation, and performance measurement.What you'll bring:Knowledge of AI product strategy and agentic systems to drive innovation and scalable solutions.Extensive experience in platform product management with a strong focus on product roadmaps and strategy.Proven ability to develop and communicate business plans that align with customer and operational needs.Expertise in data-driven decision making and leveraging analytics to guide product development and performance measurement.Strong skills in stakeholder communication and influencing cross-functional teams to secure alignment and resources.Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and coaching capabilities to support team development and continuous improvement.
