Job Overview Patient Financial Navigator – Location: 1708 Cape Coral Parkway W, Ste 10, Cape Coral, FL 33914-6985. Date Posted: 2026-03-24. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Remote: No. Responsibilities Monitor and collect patients’ financial responsibilities. Maintain current insurance benefits in OncoEMR and Centricity. Review patients’ services for diagnosis and insurance coverage appropriateness. Perform daily tasks of Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigator. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience working in a healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Insurance knowledge requirements including understanding of medical terminology, managed care authorization process, ICD‑10 codes, collection experience. Ability to calculate and collect patients’ responsibility and insurance co‑pay/coinsurance.
