Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Payroll Specialist/Administrator I (Contract) Brea, CA (Onsite; also open to Hebron, KY or Cleveland, OH) | Full-time, 40 hours/week | Contract: December 2025 – February 2026 | Pay: Under $30/hour Job Summary Seeking a Payroll Specialist/Administrator I for a hands‑on payroll support contract. Responsibilities include payroll data entry, time and attendance validation, and Excel reporting. This is not an analyst role; ideal candidates will thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support payroll processing and data entry. Review and validate time and attendance records. Assist with payroll audits and compliance reporting. Run and format payroll/HR reports using Excel. Support daily payroll operations for the Pay and Benefits team. Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on payroll experience. Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred). High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work fully onsite. Contract position through February 2026. Onsite only (no remote/hybrid options). Suitable for junior to mid‑level payroll professionals.
