About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager to oversee a substantial individual commercial portfolio and drive the generation of new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a commercial portfolio, developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring the strategic objectives of the organization are met. This role requires a leader who can provide guidance on member business lending policies, participate in community activities, and lead a team to achieve business plan objectives. Applicants for the Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 5-8 years of commercial banking or related experience. NMLS registration is required. The role demands a professional with a strong background in commercial credit, portfolio management, sales, and relationship management, as well as a proven track record in managing a significant commercial portfolio and generating new business. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, organizational, planning, and presentation skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with a strategic business acumen.
