Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Company

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an individual to coordinate marketing strategies, leasing, and resident retention for the Ashton South End property in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will perform all leasing activities, ensure a smooth process for new residents, and execute marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and experience with property management software.
