Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Weekend Warrior Montello Care Center - Montello, WI (on-site position) Status Weekend Warrior Schedule Days | PMs | NOCs - True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule Job Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The CNA at Monello Care Center completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families, and other health team members are essential components of this position. Compensation CNA base hourly wage: $18.00 - $21.11 per hour dependent on experience Weekend Warrior Program - choose one of the following 3 levels: Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend) Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month) Elite Level: base hourly wage +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off) PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift Benefits Health insurance options designed for flexibility Dental and Vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO, True Flexible Scheduling, and Shift Differentials Tuition reimbursement and continuing education Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral bonuses, employee discounts, early wage access Benefits vary by number of hours regularly scheduled and employment status Key Responsibilities Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse. Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs. Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN. Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice. Nutritional care Effective communication with residents and family Completes all other duties as assigned.
