Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role spans the entire academic year, running from early August through late May. You'll be serving a dynamic student body of roughly 500, working closely with both staff and families to foster academic and personal growth.

In this role, you’ll provide critical psychological and psychoeducational services, collaborating with educators to develop strategies that address students' diverse needs. The school provides a supportive atmosphere, and you’ll be able to offer your expertise as part of a committed team with administrative backing.

What you bring:

• Active New Mexico Public Education Department (NM PED) license in School Psychology
• Experience with K-12 populations, ideally within a charter school setting
• In-depth knowledge of psychological assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
• Strong communication skills to partner effectively with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability and commitment throughout the full 26/27 school year calendar
• Enthusiasm for engaging with a diverse learning community

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs
• Provide consultation to school staff and families on student needs
• Design evidence-based interventions tailored to individual and group requirements
• Contribute to fostering a safe, supportive school environment
• Participate in eligibility meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
