Regional Human Resources Business PartnerAshley Furniture Industries, the world's largest furniture manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership and employees across multiple locations within an assigned region.This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who wants to move beyond administrative HR and become a trusted strategic advisor to operations leaders, driving business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across a dynamic, multi-location operation.As a Regional HRBP, you'll work closely with regional and site leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop and execute workforce plans, enhance organizational capability, and ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices across all locations.You'll be a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to operations leaders, leveraging HR metrics and business insights to identify trends, assess organizational needs, and implement solutions that support operational excellence.
