Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Repair Technician to help with repairs, prep work, and general property improvement projects. This role may include drywall work, siding repairs, trim repairs, wood rot replacement, painting prep, and general handyman work. What You’ll Do Drywall installation Drywall finishing Siding repair Trim repair Wood rot replacement Painting prep work General repair work Use basic tools and construction skills daily Jobsite Responsibilities Keep jobsites clean and organized Work safely on ladders and lifts Communicate with crew leaders and superintendents Follow company systems and processes Skills / Requirements Shows up on time (non-negotiable) Positive attitude Team-first mindset Coachable and open to feedback Takes pride in quality work Can follow systems and directions Physically capable of ladders, lifting, and outdoor work Reliable and consistent Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Pay Based on experience and skill level Pay Range: $18-$34 Why Join Us Stable, growing company Supportive team Opportunity to grow Steady work Be part of building something better #J-18808-Ljbffr Koehn Painting Company
