Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Lockbox / 10-Key Data Entry)
Location: Tukwila, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support Lockbox Operations. This role is responsible for processing incoming payments, checks, and remittance documents while performing high-volume 10-key data entry. Candidates must be able to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment and meet strict daily deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process lockbox payments, checks, and remittance documents.
• Perform high-volume 10-key numeric data entry with accuracy.
• Open, sort, and process incoming mail.
• Review payment information and validate data.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of transactions.

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of Lockbox Processing experience.
• Strong 10-Key Data Entry skills.
• High-volume data entry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and productivity goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Mail Processing experience.
• Falcon RED experience.
• Accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Banking or Financial Services operations experience.

Pay Range: $ 20- $25 /hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
