As a Design Associate, you'll meet homeowners in their homes, guide them through flooring selections, create solutions that fit their needs, and manage projects from consultation through installation.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home flooring consultations.
• Help homeowners select flooring products that fit their style, lifestyle, and budget.
• Measure spaces and prepare proposals.
• Follow up on estimates and close sales.
• Coordinate with project management and installation teams.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience throughout the project.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, designers, builders, networking groups, and referral partners.
• Develop your own book of business in addition to company-provided opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous flooring sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to close sales and build relationships.

• Comfortable working independently.
• Ability to network and generate referral business.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation history.

Compensation

• Average earnings: $80,000+
• Top performers: $120,000+
• High achievers: $180,000$250,000+
