Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce to lead online sales, digital growth, and omnichannel commerce for a nationally recognized fashion retail brand. This role will drive e-commerce revenue, optimize website performance, improve customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.
\n
• Lead Shopify Plus operations, website optimization, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
\n
• Develop digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, paid social, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
\n
• Manage email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.
\n
• Monitor KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and online revenue.
\n
• Develop customer retention, loyalty, personalization, and omnichannel strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with creative, merchandising, retail, and operations teams.
\n
• Lead internal teams and manage external agencies and vendors.
\n
• Present performance reports and growth strategies to executive leadership.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 8–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
\n
• 3+ years in a leadership or head-level position.
\n
• Proven success driving online revenue for fashion, apparel, retail, or DTC brands.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
\n
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email/SMS marketing, and analytics.
\n
• Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
\n
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and team leadership skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience in women's fashion, apparel, or plus-size fashion.
\n
• Background in omnichannel retail and high-growth DTC businesses.
\n
• Experience building customer loyalty and retention programs.
