What You’ll Do:
· Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
· Answer and direct calls in a timely, friendly manner
· Support our nursing and admin teams with light clerical tasks
· Help maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk
· Make a meaningful impact every single day
What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus!)
A positive attitude and a caring heart
Experience in healthcare or senior care? Even better!
