Pay Rate: $22.25/hour

We are hiring a skilled and dependable Grill Cook toprepare high-quality grilled foods and support daily kitchen operations.The ideal candidate has strong cooking skills, follows food safetystandards, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and established standards
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely
• Prepare ingredients and set up the grill station before service
• Monitor food temperatures, quality, and cooking times
• Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards
• Keep the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas clean and organized
• Store and label food properly to maintain freshness and food safety
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous grill cooking or professional kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and hot surfaces
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: $22.25/hour
