Mortgage Loan Specialist

Utah Housing Corporation (UHC), located in West Valley City, Utah, is seeking to hire a full-time Special Loans Analyst I to support the Mortgage Servicing Department. This position is responsible for processing specialized loan servicing activities, maintaining accurate loan information, and assisting borrowers with servicing-related requests and inquiries. This position plays a key role in customer service, loan maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational functions while helping UHC fulfill its mission of serving Utah's housing needs through finance and innovation. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
