That's a big deal!

You'll play a critical role in the commercial lending process by analyzing financial information, preparing loan documentation, coordinating third-party requirements, and ensuring every loan file is complete and compliant. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help create a smooth experience for borrowers while protecting the credit union and supporting sound lending decisions.

Here's what that looks like day to day:

• Analyze business financial statements, credit information, and supporting documentation to assist with commercial loan underwriting and approval processes
• Gather, verify, and organize loan documentation while coordinating appraisals, title work, flood certifications, environmental reports, insurance certificates, and credit reports
• Prepare loan documentation through LaserPro and support loan closings, funding processes, wire transfers, and post-closing follow-up activities
• Maintain complete and accurate digital loan files while tracking outstanding conditions and documentation requirements
• Support a variety of commercial lending products, including conventional commercial loans, SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and USDA loan programs

Schedule: Monday-Friday during regular business hours at our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate finance processing, commercial lending support, or a related lending role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business financial statements
• Experience analyzing financial information and preparing loan documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial statement-spreading software
• Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LaserPro loan documentation software
• Experience processing SBA 7(a), SBA 504, USDA, or other government-guaranteed loan programs
• Knowledge of commercial real estate lending documentation and closing requirements
