I opened my agency in 2010 after working in investment planning and financial services, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and long-term strategy into agency ownership. Our team has grown to 11 members, and we’re proud to be one of the top-producing agencies in the state. Outside of the office, I’m a well-known musician on the island and stay deeply involved in the community — coaching youth basketball, serving on the local school board, participating with the food bank, adopting a highway, and sponsoring school events. Giving back is part of who we are, and it’s something our entire team takes pride in. We offer group life insurance, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and flexibility to support our team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kit Okazaki - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
