In this unarmed patrol role, you will respond to routine site needs, contribute to daily operations, and represent a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity and teamwork. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $23.53 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Wed 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Pre-Employment Requirement TSA Issued TWIC (C133) What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and help verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site protocols and government location requirements. Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity, and relay relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements Possess a TSA issued TWIC. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
