Partner Enablement Manager

Managing the Enablement, Activation, and Growth phases for MSP partners, the full-time remote Partner Enablement Manager will run training sessions, develop commercial plans, and drive partner self-sufficiency while overseeing multiple MSPs concurrently. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive training for new MSPs on product features and sales strategies Develop commercial plans and co-sell into partners' first end clients during the Activation phase Facilitate discovery sessions with end-client functional leaders to identify actionable AI use cases Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer success, implementation, solutions engineering, or onboarding, preferably with SMB or mid-market customers Hands-on experience with admin console configurations, including RBAC and integrations Strong skills in discovery and facilitation, capable of guiding clients to real use cases efficiently Experience using AI tools regularly in a professional setting, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning Comfortable managing multiple onboardings simultaneously with an operator mindset
