Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license for Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred
• Prior experience working in a K-12 educational setting (preferred)
• Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Strong collaborative skills and a flexible, student-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in group settings
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and progress
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with school and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide consultative support, and contribute to the interdisciplinary team
• Support school-wide initiatives to foster inclusive communication practices
