Qualifications Needed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable, achievable goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students in both individual and group formats
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
