⚡Senior Staff Software Engineer

\n \nJoin a fast-growing startup that is leading the way in Clinical Intelligence , with a suite of AI tools that are supercharging clinicians . They're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to act as a Tech Lead , working closely with the CTO & CEO , leading new product development from the front.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Work hands-on across the full stack \n
- Work closely with executive leadership to set the product roadmap \n
- Develop HIPPA compliant AI/agentic workflows \n
- Lead & mentor other Engineers \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 8+ years Full-Stack experience \n
- Software polyglot , comfortable across the entire stack \n
- 2+ years' experience with LLMs or Agentic A I required \n
- Startup experience strongly preferred \n
- HealthTech experience strongly preferred \n
